Maybe you don't have to start all over at 'day one'. Maybe, instaed you can say " in ___ days, I have only used once" and you can learn about yourself, and your usage from this. Instead of beating yourself up about slipping up, embrace the opportinity to learn more about your triggers, and develop some strategies to help you in the future
You are doing a great and hard thing. None of us are perfect.
