I’ve gone back to Day One more times than I can remember, but today I am nearly at 10 mos clean. Recovery is possible! Be gentle with yourself.

Me too Amy. I keep searching for an anxiety relief. Alcohol helps for an hour or so. I take meds that help but not enough because I am an alcoholic. I refuse Xanax and others for fear of addiction. Maybe together we can fight this demon👿

Almost finished with "day 1". Saw the quote this morning that we wake up everyday on day 1 and that helped me through today. Almost at 50 days, and the longest of been sober in 21 years. Slowly getting life back together and feel great. Another day 1 tomorrow... you got this!!
