GOOD NEWS AMY!!, everyone of us is back on Day 1 every morning.... it's a just for today program, and i for one don't give a rats backside how much time people boost about, i can only be concerned with today if I am to honor the core belief of this program. So you know what Amy i too sm on day 1...

You know the motions and what you need to do TODAY. Tomorrow can be day 2! Or day 1 again. As.long as you're willing to try.

Amy I can relate. I just relapsed 3 days ago after 7 years sober.
We all are on day 1 today. We need to help each other and get on this path together. Without support and help we will fail. I hope we can help each other. Take care and breathe.

I've been sober for 2 years and everyday I have to wake up like it's day 1 because it's the only day that matters today you have the right to choose your sobriety over that hi just remember everyday the day had to end and ever morning is a new day full of new potential for you to be the best version of you
