Im curious- What are some long term goals or things you want to do -that you have set for yourself on your recovery journey? I’ve been working on mine.
Honestly, my goals are to stay solid in my sobriety, keep working on my health, rebuild trust, and build a life that feels real and meaningful. Step by step, I’m getting there.
For me it’s staying sober. I’ll be transitioning into a new career soon so I’d like to go back to school
Become a recovery coach and give back to the suffering addict.
Stay sober (obv), and get more in touch with my spirituality through deepening my connection with nature and what our planet as to offer.
I’ve really been slack in the goal setting department.
Idk always lived in the moment. Idk if that’s good or bad lol
Go on a sober vacation with sober people only like someplace like Costa Rica
I don’t really do long term goals myself but if I had one I would say keeping my health in check. That can broken into many different smaller goals which I feel work better for myself.
Stay sober no excuses
I want to get back into utilizing my love for creativity and my knowledge of business and style and hopefully get back into making a living somehow with the combination. They say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life....so realistically speaking, if I find myself down the line being able to actually afford to live comfortably like this etc , I would love this to be my future. I have many different passions, these are what I am building my future with, because passions fuel your soul and your drive in a way that nothing else can. It's the gifts that we are given by God that are different from other human beings, and we are good at naturally. These things are what I believe we are meant to do. So, I'm giving it a try. Worst case scenario, I flip burgers on the weekends to afford the light bill. I live burgers too ..... We'll see.
Become debt free and not drink. It’s that easy!
Inner growth. Focus on my business, deeper faith, take a vacation!
@crissy267894 ... Where do you wanna go? I still have the house on Maui. My neighbor is the clothing free beach however what the heck it's a house on the beach.
