Im currently struggling with gambling its been an issue for the last couple of weeks i quit alchol, pills, and meth but now here i am another addiction creeping in. I want to catch this before it gets out of hand so im reaching out.

Stopping gambling takes some steps, but you’ve got the strength to do it.
Start by staying away from triggers like apps or casinos, and reach out for support when you’re triggered.
Replace the habit with something positive like exercise or something you enjoy doing, and if it’s feeling too big, consider talking to a therapist or trying Gamblers Anonymous. Check out the resources at the top of the app. You can do this!
