I bounced in and out for 5yrs man
When i finally surrender it started to change and i continue that path today

Appreciate the fact that you even have the opportunity, the desire, the belief, to start again, so many don't, for every 1 of of in here, there's 20 more wishing they were.. I eventually accepted i wasn't ever gonna "start again", but In hadn't quite got it right the last time, and like any good project I keep at it until it's right.. you're here, and im grateful for your journey,

I've been a chronic relapse for years and I just don't give up eventually you will get it and I will to don't beat yourself up it's only going to make you want to drink or use even more
