I'm getting ready to go to rehab. What should i expect? Any help is appreciated.

Good morning, Tyler! When I went to rehab, I had already surrendered and reached the point of desperation. My expectations were low. Seriously, I was quietly screaming for help. It was my third rodeo.
You will have access to a phone but they will hold your cell phone. Not sure what type of insurance you have, that the food should be pretty good. As long as you have the willingness, embrace what the counselors have to offer

Hey there, good for you. - I made the mistake years ago, not following suggestions at a rehab - especially going to half way house to transition back to life - that’s my thought. Follow suggestions. I’ve been sober for years now because I don’t drink and I go to meetings. I listen to other people to what they do to stay sober.

Tyler, proud of you for taking that step. You’re about to enter a place where people truly understand what say one feels like. Expect it to be uncomfortable, emotional, and also, know that this is one of the important chapters if your life. It’s the beginning of freedom. So proud you!

Thank you all for the advice. It was truly the best decision I've made. I was at rock bottom, amd didn't know how to handle life, but now I have confidence in my journey.
