I'm glad that today I don't have to male the poor decision to drink. I just slipped up, and hopefully it hasn't cost me too much, and I don't want to drink any more. Life is better sober.

We are works in progress. I went to a wedding shower yesterday and watched people drink just 1 glass of champagne. I look at it as poison bec 1 glass would set my disease in motion

I think the important part when we slip up is not to shame and guilt ourselves because of that choice, let that energy instead go towards renewed commitment to a better life. You got this
