I'm grateful for God, my sobriety, AA, Alanon, going to listen to a Alanon Zoom meeting during lunch, going to a Alanon meeting tonight!

Alanon helps me with detachment. also growing up in this dis-ease, my sponsor taught me that when we go through the steps in AA, we go back to where we came from and then go forward. So I'm moving forward with the original tools I've been given.
