Im grateful for second chances i walked away from my babies when they were little fir drugs and alcohol seen them a few times over the years but now im sober and my youngest has moved in with me to go to school. Im feeling anxious i have never got to be a responsible parent until now but it feels great. Im also grateful to my man who is in recovery with me. We are doing this together as he has gained his youngest son back into his life as well. Not only are we in recovery for ourselves but also for our family and its amazing.

Congratulations!!!! And thank you for sharing.....it gives me hope that some day my babies and I will be in each other's lives again

Thank you Krystal and yes don’t give up hope I also thought I’d never see the day it took 14 years but it happened my oldest who is 18 still wants nothing to do with me and I don’t blame her I still try to reach out and let her know I love her and I know that ne day when she is ready she’ll come around too so hang in there there is hope
