I'm grateful for so much. It's a bit of a sad thanksgiving but I am grateful for:
-The time I got with both Sandy and Kirby although sadly neither are here now
-the remaining animals we do have
-snow
-the ending of my relationship

  • the new beginnings I've been gifted
    -the ability to feel sad
    -the ability to feel hope

You nailed it. Even though it's a bit of a sad thanksgiving you were here and present and you felt through it. You didn't pick up and to me that's growth. Keep going. It'll get better. :heart:
