Im grateful today to have survived the last slip I had and for having the strength to walk away from it again. Im grateful for my beau Bruce, if it wasn't for having the blessing of having this man in my life i really don't think I would've stopped using again, he inspires me to be a better woman and has filled my life with so much happiness, love n fun, i thank God for putting him in my life at the perfect time! Im grateful for my home n everything I've been able to find for it for free, im grateful for all of the resources around Halifax that have helped me over the last year get my life together n survive the streets, im grateful for my lil'man (scooter) n the fact that he's getting healthy again finally! Im grateful for the fact that I still have a chance for a better life when a lot of the ppl i know either didn't survive or wont survive "the life".......
