I'm grateful I've been given yet another chance at life. I'm back to 7 days today and contemplating what I need to do differently.

Possibly find new hobbies to Occupy your mind? Look at what causes it, triggered based or just out of boredom? Mine was triggered so I have been seeing a therapist to learn coping skills for those triggers so I don’t drink. Journaling also helps me so when I do have thoughts of drinking I’ll go back and read entries to remind myself why I shouldn’t.
