I'm grateful that I had a round-trip first-class flight today and didn't give in to the temptation to drink even as many drank alcoholic beverages around me. This was a big win for me!

Flying first is definitely a concerning potential pitfall for me.
It was tough, honestly. I bought a soda and snack before boarding the plane, so I wouldn't be tempted to even look at the options. That helped because I didn't “need” anything.
