Im grateful that I have my dog by my side

Im grateful that I have my dog by my side to help me through my first day to sobriety after 10 years of alcohol abuse. It was getting difficult at one point today but took a nice long walk and listened to a podcast by the water. He really helped me shift my mindset today.

As Challenging as the few days will be without alcohol, you’ve got this!
Eat healthy, I blend a whole beet peeled, celery, cucumber, carrot, spinach, apple and some lemon or lime juice (whatever you have of the above) with some water. If you have a juicer even better. I serve it over ice and keep the rest in the fridge.

Great in the am or whenever you feel a craving. It will also detox your liver.

Thank God for Dogs and podcasts and audio books!
