What kind of training are you doing? I really enjoy kickboxing style exercise.
Things like going to the gym, diet, heck even recovery has delayed gratification. Glad you're sticking it through and paying it forward to yourself.
Just lifting weights heavy and running! I’m 47 days in, have dropped 50 lbs, and ran a mile yesterday….
Haven’t ran a mile since college, but have been slowly building up to it since I stopped drinking….
