family and friends are such steady joys in our lives.
Volunteering sounds fantastic! One thing I do with my kid is get a few little friends together and go to the nursing home and drop off cards. It takes about 30 minutes with 60 cards and the older people love it so much!
That's actually next on my list is to go to a nursing home or two in the area and volunteer to read an hr or two a week.
I would still be lost at best, for sure!
