You need to look at alcohol as the poison that it truly is Billy. You wouldn’t want to drink bleach either. It’s a total mind shift on your perception of what alcohol truly is. Put a big note on your fridge that you see everyday that says “Alcohol Is Poison”! Look at that note everyday and say it over and over again and believe it to be true because it is true!
