I like going for walks in nature. Although the weather isnβt great for that where I currently live. Not sure about you.
I relate to this. I liked coloring pages, YouTube workouts, journaling, baking simple recipes, and taking pics on my phone and editing them. Then I got into doing social media and it turned into a career. I just started and keep going. You might find one thing you really enjoy after trying several things
I would highly recommend fitness and excerise, as I do to many clients. Excerise is very inexpensive if you keep it in your own house and neighborhood. Gym membership is also a great option, as you can meet new people and create healthy relationships
Photography, Read books, walk on trails, Draw, paint pictures.

Where you from ?
I was in a detox psych ward for a week and they had us do small art projects like coloring, building stuff out of wood popsicle sticks, word searches, cutting words out of magazines and making collages, etc. It was quite fun actually. I still do word searches from time to time.
AA or CA or NA meetings are a great hobby and you get to meet sober friends!
Working out resets our brain chemicals helping us "feel better" overall -
I enjoy cooking while listening to music
Every area has events, go to a meeting and the GSR should make Announcements upcoming events . If not the usual have and events table, book or Bulletin board . And dont say NO when your invited . I have been to many events broke. Conventions, pop-up conventions ,unity days ,speaker jams ,bowling,A Bunch of us going to the swimming hole. Six flags .plug in & hold on .
Meetup or bumble bff has groups for all kinds of interests. You can make new friends and try new hobbies all in one go. Win/win!
Diamond art. Super inexpensive.
Frisbee golf. It's alot of fun and dont have to be good to play. Its free and out in nature
The Park is Awesome.Walking around Exercises.Bbq.Talking to nice People.
I began lifting weights and adult coloring. They both help quiet the mind and keep cravings down.
I read, do diamond dotz,work out,take walks.
I do service and/or volunteer somewhere (including remotely). I also tried some of my old childhood hobbies. There are groups online that meet to play board games. Silent book club is in many cities and is amazing for introverts and people learning how to socialize (again). Arranging a sober pot luck dinner may mean, good food and good conversations with some good people. Sitting in a coffee shop with a book and having some desert you want. Cost wise may be less than a days alcohol and less calories too. It is all weird at first until its your new normal.
Well I like to draw and go for walks
Try working with old wood pallets. A ton of places give pallets away for free and just a small drill or screw driver ( this one gives you a ton of hand muscle). I have seen beautiful work done with not much in the way of tools or other materials. Good luck!!
Listen to music, exercise, and just enrolled myself back into online schooling. Feeling positive about it! But taking it one day at a time
