I'm in the effits. Dual diagnosis I have no solid support system. But it is my choices that take sobriety away. I would love to hear some good words and maybe make a connection or two...
I don't wanna be bitter anymore and out starts in me, I just ask lacking a compass rn. And question, are all groups and meditations on zoom? I don't have that yet.
I personally rely on Jesus. Prayers sent for strength

Some city’s have AA dual diagnosis groups that meet. There are a few apps that give location and time of meetings.
Meeting guide and in the rooms.
I have BP2 I am on meds and attend AA meetings. For me it was getting sober to realize how bad the BP was. Once I got clean I could focus on getting the mental health part of it under control. The fellowship in AA helped save my life for sure. You will get there.
Tx Tim and Robin. I'll try in the rooms and look for a solid schedule that includes mental spiritual and emotional content. I know He who breathes life! I'm such a baby in the spirit though.
