Im new here and i just celebrated my 10 months. I didnt know it got harder when you got closer to your one year. I feel lonely and bored at time
Do you have sober friends & family that you can reach out to? Most people here will say to go catch a meeting in your area but family can be helpful during those lonely times too. Good luck.
