I’m new also, I’m only 5 days sober. Two years I’d a great achievement, especially for something as addictive as meth. I can’t relate to that but just wanted you to know you’re being heard. Stay strong and choose life!
I am an IV meth addict on day 3 …. AGAIN… something is different this time though. I know exactly what awaits me if I don’t stop. I don’t know what being clean will bring but I know if I don’t stop today meth will kill me. Soon.
Hi Colt - Are you going to meetings by/for yourself, not chaperoning patients? I know people in NA who work in treatment and they say that is essential for their own recovery. And I know people who didn’t - they’re around other people’s recovery all day - and they relapsed and lost their jobs. Please treat yourself as well as others.

You know your absolutely right. Iv been telling myself I need to get to a meeting but at the end of everyday I'm just drained emotionally and mentally makes it hard to actually motivate myself to go...
