Im new to this online community. Im trying to shake methamphetamine. Ive been doing well. But i still struggle with weed. Ive been clean off meth about two months. Im in Louisville KY. Looking for some support

Im doing the same deal and was dealing with it the same as you. I've been about 7 months off meth, but was still vaping weed. I thought well at least it wasn't dope. But about 3 months ago money was tight so I really couldn't afford the weed for a minute so I stopped that and when I did have money again I just asked myself you really wanna do that again. I didn't so I haven't. I really haven't been in a recovery program I've just stuck with my decisions qt this point. I know that won't last forever so I got on this app to start talking to people. I'm gonna start doing some zoom meetings cuz I am unemployed and have NO cash for nothing but its a start. So I understand where your at for sure. If you wanna chat im here. Hey hope all is well this morning. I appreciate you reaching out. Takes a lot to admit to ourselves and others that we actually have a problem. Your note gives me hope. Ive tried to shake meth before. Wasn't really serious about it before tho. I'm at a place where I'm learning to live life without drugs weed included. I'm detoxing from weed now. I seek abstinence from all drugs. I know it will take hard work and some time kudos to you on your journey. May the force be with you. Thanks
