Look for the good in life and deal with the troubles that come up one at a time.

So freakin lonely. You gotta fill it with friends. Go out and push yourself to make new ones. At work, at school, and friends of friends.

I feel this in my soul. Before I started my recovery I was so incredibly lonely, and honestly, that feeling still sneaks up on me sometimes and tries to trick me. Life gets so dang heavy, but it helps me to remember that just because a feeling is loud doesn't mean it's the truth. Try to remember that you aren't the only one fighting through this. Sending lots of love :heart:
