6 days clean myself from the meth it is very scary but I believe in you I'm on the vivitrol shot it helps me keep myself accountable

Na.org has some amazing meetings every hour all over the world on zoom. I sometimes go to 5 or more a day to keep me occupied and accountable it helped me. I’m here for you. I believe in you and I know you can do this. You can always message me.

Take it breath by breath minute by a minute hour by hour day by day. Another thing that helps me is to pray to my higher power to take away the craving, and I always took a nap. Sleeping kept me not thinking also meetings and keeping in the middle of the herd of people that are also working a program
