Sorry you’re feeling this way. Sometimes it just feel like it’s not worth it…but it is. Zoom out and and see if you can find another perspective. I know I tend to zoom in on the problems. If you can zoom out and see the greater picture, I think you’ll see all the progress you’ve made. Look where you were before you got sober. Today we may have real life problems that most people have, but we don’t have all the problems insane problems that came with active addiction. A little self care goes along way. Give yourself some grace. Progress not perfection. Hope your day gets better.

Try to remember the Promises. Life Sucks sometimes but we are NOT where we once were. We'll have good days and bad day's. It's hard but try yo remember how much progress you are making.

Wow !!! I love your advice that you gave this lady! I’m 19 months sober. Life is never going to go away! That’s why it’s called life. You move on in a world full of situations and obstacles. We think so deeply about what’s gonna happen , that we miss the happening!
