Dude, you've almost completed step 1. In fact, you've already done so.

Now you're asking for help. The start of step 2.

Seek and you shall find.

That's what we're here for as we do the life long step 12.

It's a hard road. We have to accept the pain we have caused to others and still remain sober. We have reputations, some of them ugly and remorseful, but we can overcome them by our personal change. Some may not accept our change and we have to acknowledge that fact. Still, we must move forward. Some will love our change, others will hold grudges. There's nothing to do about this except to live in sobriety and move on.

In most states you can reach out to 211 by dialing 211 or going to http://www.211.org/ to get referrals to local agencies including recovery assistance or mental health or crisis counseling.
Find professional guidance or assistance from some one trained to be a recovery support person.
