I'm really struggling with my mental health right now. I would usually soothe this pain with alcohol. That's not an option I'm entertaining. I just wish things were easier. Things have been so good since getting sober, but today, I feel like I'm in a pit I can't crawl out of.

Reaching out to other people, friends, relatives or coworkers can help me get out of my own head by asking them if they need help with anything or just to talk about what is going on in their life. Then I can share my life with them. Takes the weight off.
