Im selfish, i allowed my anger get the best of me and i think i lost the main person i wanted in life because of it. Thinking issues were about me i turned it into being about me. Im in full regret and shame. What should i do?

I think if they know you well enough, they would understand that it was 1 big misunderstanding and you are actually trying to change and work on bettering yourself. Hopefully they can be patient and understanding. You're only human and make mistakes. You're here posting about it, so you obviously want to work on changing this and you recognized the error, so good for you! As far as what they do, that's out of your control, but best wishes to you. Also, sometimes the people we want in our lives are not the people we need in our lives. But I can't speak for you, only myself.
