I'm so burnt out. I can make myself do anything, not even basic care. I wish I had someone who could stay a bit

Working a program? If not, have you tried it? If not, how come? If so, why didn't you stick with it?
Not trying to be off putting. Knowing the answers to those questions will help people be able to help you.
I've been to meeting on and off. Longest I've made it was 5 months it was all will power.
Why didn't you go back. What did you like/not like about it? Be honest so people can help you. I'll tell you, I was extremely skeptical of AA when I started, but I got over it quick because I was just sick of starting my life over. I had to do something different.
I'm in and out of zoom meetings. I can't really get out to a live one with the hours I work and my car in the shape it's in. It's nice that zoom really took off and meeting are there every hour of the day and night.
I totally understand that. Are you in a bigger city? There have got to be times that would work. A sponsor would really help, if you got one that you meshed with.
It's not real big. I had a sponsor once but she got political

Probably. There is a app the shows local meetings. It's just a matter of getting there

I'm in Michigan. I have an app called meeting guide it shows where local meetings are. I guess it's a matter of getting over being nervous and walking into one.
Don’t know much about you yet but don’t give up. If you are trying you are doing something.

I’m also burnt out. From work, from friends, from responsibility, from life. I have a good day then a terrible day. I get hope and then it disappears. I just keep trying to take one day at a time.
