Im so scared i havent been sober unless its the day time but at night time i drink i recently started naltrexone pill since friday and had nothing but a bad experience with it my bodymy joints hurting and today my second day my left arm start twitching like i was born with some disability which also never happened before and lots of anxiety and joints hurting bad to where i cried which led me to relapsing so any advise ir help would help being that Monday outpatient meeting goes good but have a appointment to get vivatral shot any help or advise would help

If you're having an abnormal reaction to the meds you may want to back off and check with your doctor.

I stopped taking it already but still having lots of body aches and really bad anxiety n paranoia of some sort

Dr didn’t think anything was wrong with me at all so idk what to say

Is it just alcohol you're withdrawing from? Body aches and joint aches may be something you were masking with alcohol. I found out that I had sciatica, arthritis and hypermobility during my recovery journey. Ended up needing a pretty serious anti inflammatory for a bit to live more pain free.

I’m really not sure but my body only started feeling like this after I took the pill
