Starting over means you didn’t give up. That’s strength. Every reset gets you closer to the version of you that’s done for good. Keep showing up, you’re building something unshakable.

Joshua, point blank here - what you’re doing isn’t working - I went back and read all your posts - you are relapsing every couple of weeks - what is triggering you? Try something new - change your perspective - do you Really, Really want to quit? Sorry for the tough love but I care about you (even though I don’t know you, I do) - keep fighting Joshua
