Im struggling tonight ive been clean since 12/22/20 i don't know what to do

I’ve been clean since 1/23/25 I can’t say I know exactly what you’re going through. But please try to stay strong! Remember why you’ve come this far! I’m so proud of you for reaching out. I’m here for you

Sometimes it's one minute at a time...I've been sober for 37 years, and sometimes it's not easy. Pick up the phone, get to a meeting, journal, find a hobby that fulfills you and keep on reaching out like you did tonight! We're all here for you?
