I'm thankful for Mental Health Court and MRT class. It has showed me another way.

Dude I struggle with mental health for such a long time. In fact my addiction was just a symptom of not dealing with my mental health. I have lived with fear and shame for such a long time just because of not dealing with my mental health. Benjamin Franklin said: "The tragedy of life is, we get old to quick and wise too late." Thanks for sharing Mark. It helps me.

Thanks Mike I never realized I had a mental health problem till I got into the program. I had a choice of drug court or mental health court I chose mental health. I was one of the best decisions in my life my life has changed so much I see the world different now for the better.
