Grateful for...
5... Today I woke up sober from my Doc and all chems. (I am 420 friendly) I am still CLEAN AND SOBER from all the CHEMS that I used for 17 years of my life 
4... Grateful for tomorrow, as tomorrow is one day closer...
3... countdown to
2... and finally
1... BOOM!! COUNTDOWN TO ZERO!
GRATEFUL FOR 14 YEARS OF SOBRIETY! I wanted to throw it all away last week. Over a fight with my kids, the loss of a friend (they passed from cancer), and the loss of friendships/family by fights that seem meaningless but cut deeply. Repeatedly.
So the 5 things I am grateful for... are the next 5 days. For in 5 days, I am 14 years clean from all my OLD favourite HABITS and the things that I thought were saving me.
I am grateful to be alive. And free. Even if this freedom still feels like a prison sometimes. I know I am more free now than I ever was when I was using.
As I will it, So shall it be! By the Grace of the Goddess
