In the last 8 months I have stopped meth use, crack, pills, cigarettes and now alcohol. Without institution, free will.

Good for you man. I did the same with almost everything but it took me years to get 9 months sober. I just got mad at everything and everybody and focused all my anger in one direction... now I just gotta figure out how to cheer up
