In the past 4 years this has been the roughest year. There’s a work bully who likes to mess with me. The old me is creeping up.

That’s terrible! Is there anything you can do about that work bully? Talk to HR or a higher up?

Been writing everything down and putting in grievances…they say things will happen but it’s taking awhile.
