I walk my dog early every morning, about 5 miles through a park that is some forest, some suburbs/city. Luckily, they did not see me, but a bunch of drunk people were taking pictures on the museum steps (4:30 am), yelling, etc. There are cameras there, but we all remember those really good drunk ideas that were actually freaking ridiculous. 
That’s awesome that you get out early with your dog. I don’t remember a majority of my drunk ideas but a lot of people remind me. The ones I do remember, cringeworthy for sure.
