Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. I was asked this question when I was applying for a promotion at work. Mind you, that I had just spent the last 2 months working at this place, in a hard work job. Before that, I spent 20 straight months in a long term treatment center. I told the boss that was interviewing me, Yes I have more integrity than most people.
After a panel interview with 5 bosses, I am now over 6 months into my promotion and just killing it at work. Every boss has commented that they appreciate my work ethic and determination. Even the boss, that doesn't compliment anyone. He made it very clear that. My work ethic does not go unnoticed and he appreciates my drive to complete the job quicker and better than anyone else.
Sobriety is great. The program is great and it is making me see and do my potential.
