I have a phone assessment scheduled for tomorrow for intensive outpatient treatment. Anyone know what that consist of?
I have been to inpatient treatment a couple of times but for some reason it didn’t stick. (I think I’m broken)

Hello Tracee, I just saw the post. It looks like you started IOP. Mine was 3 hrs 3 days a week. The one thing I didn't learn is once an alcoholic always an alcoholic. "1 drink is too much, 1000 is never enough ". You can't have 1 drink. Most of us think we can but it doesn't work like that. Trust me I know. Find a AA meeting you like and go. If ever you have a question or thought reach out. I wish you luck in your sober self.
