Its as simple as the people around you. Nothing supernatural. Just stop dragging the people around us down. We get stuck on semantics. "Bigger" than us could just be something other than ourselves.

It says in the literature we all have our own path so I accept whatever works to give you purpose and serenity, I do support people talking down or making it a one size fits all program, spirituality is different to everyone so it’s cool that you are sticking with your perspective, as you should if it’s working
