This is non-AA. I found profiles of therapists by things like zip code, their therapy specialties, insurances, virtual or in person, etc. It was very helpful to narrow down what I was looking for near where I lived. It's professional, licensed, etc.
I'm a big advocate for therapy as it helped me very much to enhance the benefits of sobriety.
