I managed to stay sober for 7 days. My longest is months. Then Sunday night I relapsed and im still going 
Stopping is one thing, staying stopped is a whole nother ballgame. Are you trying to do this all by yourself?

You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink. Unfortunately until we finally give up and accept the fact that we cannot do this alone we will continue to spiral. Whoever you are I hope you see all the folks offering assistance and take it
