I have PTSD and, when following specific guidelines, it helps with anxiety brought on by PTSD related stimuli.

That is a question only you can answer for yourself. There will be lots of people with lots of opinions one way or another, but it’s you who will have to do the brutally honest moral inventory necessary to know whether it’s something you can use and not abuse.

If you’ve got it narrowed down to one final mind altering substance then you’re moving in the right direction. I don’t know what your DOC was.
But just because you put the name of a state in front of the word sober doesn’t mean it’s sobriety.

My DOC is alcohol. I haven't touched it in a year and a half so far. It is part of my long term plan to be independent of cannabis, too. I was just wondering what the pulse of the community here was on the topic. :+1:

If you go to NA Yes, that is my opinion.

Me too. I excepted no substitutions for king alcohol. Good deal though. Like I say, you’re moving in the right direction.

If it's not causing you problems, then that could settle it.
