Is it REALLY alcohol i'm craving?

The '4 o'clock craving' raised its head again. But today, I asked it "what do you REALLY want?"
"Well, it seems that we have not eaten any food, nor drank much water today..."
So I ate a high protein snack and had a big glass of water.
Guess what? Problem solved.

Exactly, this one shows awareness. You caught the craving, slowed it down, and actually asked what your body nee ppl needed instead.
