Totally fair question. Yes, the app is super useful even if you don’t spend a dime. There’s a free community here filled with people who’ve been through it and want to help each other stay sober. Tons of free resources too, daily gratitude, recovery threads, meditations, tips.
Only thing that costs is if you wanna use SAM™️, the support tool. But posting, connecting, and getting support? 100% free.
We’re open recovery here. Some folks are 12 step, some aren’t. The goal’s the same though, real support, no judgment, and a place to keep growing. Hope you stick around
