It would depend on what's in your vape? I think nicotine is aa kosher. It also depends on your personal goals. If giving up vaping is the goal then it's time to quit.

Well honestly vaping is so cheap, the end goal is to save money on cigarette smoking.

Hey man, I went from smoking a carton of cigarettes every two weeks to smoke in a geek bar vape every two weeks it saved my life man honestly, it’s worth it

That makes sense. I like the nicotine gum myself. Maybe I'll stop some day but it's low on the totem pole of my sobriety goals. Do what works for you and gets you to your goals. Cheers.

Nobody ever got a DUI or disorderly conduct charge for consuming too much nicotine.

AA is totally fine with nicotine, caffeine, and sugar.
