It begins again. Yesterday was moreso a day of restoration, reading my BB and listening to a lot of talks and today has been a lot of talks and prayers with/to my higher power, reading scripture and some videos. Going to have dinner with my family and thankfully will be back to work tomorrow. This stuff is nothing but a poison that destroys, both physiologically and in terms of one's life if they let it take hold and then can't escape without really fighting. I'm beyond ready to just move on from this facet of my life.
