This is so true. Lately, I've been doing some self diagnosis. Expressing the good and bad is such a relief. Yesterday, I apologized to someone for a behavior I may have been displaying. The behavior wasn't intentional but I knew that my behavior could be understood to be something different. The person let me know I never made him/her feel that.
I feel a major load out of my life. I feel better emotionally. I have cried happy tears because I feel so free!

Words of wisdom, thank you , it maybe that I'm just getting old (58), but I practice acknowledging all emotions & feeling, I just don't allow them to be in control…..
