It finally happened! I lost my temper.
I've been wondering about that situation. As a person who used booze to tamp down my feelings, losing my temper used to be an epically bad situation.
Today was a tough day at work. Had someone yelling in my face. This used to be followed by fists and handcuffs!
Somehow it didn't. I was mad as heck but I just let it go.
The possibilities are endless if I can keep from acting like a 6 year old!!!!
Booze, ....worst friend I ever had!!!
